Return Policy
Tunifi allows for the replacement of its products under specific circumstances:
- Create an unboxing video of the product as soon as it is received. This will serve as proof in case of any issues with the product.
- The customer can request a replacement of the product within 7 days from the date of delivery and Customers will need to pay ₹120 for delivery charges on the replacement, depending on the pincode.
- Replacement can be requested if the customer receives a defective or physically damaged product, provided it is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- If the customer establishes that the delivered product is not functioning properly, a fresh unit can be provided within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- In the case of receiving damaged or defective items, customers should report the issue to Tunifi’s support team. The request will be processed after a Tunifi team member has verified and confirmed the issue, typically within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If the product received does not match the description on the site or specifications, the customer must report it to Tunifi’s support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The support team will investigate the complaint and take the appropriate action.
- If a replacement is approved, the entire product package, including the product and its accessories, must be intact for collection by the courier arranged by Tunifi.
Please note:
No return or refund will be provided. However, customers can request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Tunifi is committed to helping its customers and has adopted a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the order has already been processed and shipped.
- Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellations are not possible for products purchased during special promotions or limited-time offers.
Product Pricing
Product prices listed on the Tunifi website are current. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors in data entry or updates may occur. Tunifi reserves the right to cancel an order in cases where a transaction was processed with an incorrect price. In such instances, Tunifi will provide a full refund for the amount paid by the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All prices listed are in local currency. For international payments, any applicable exchange rates and bank charges will be determined by the customer’s financial institution. Tunifi is not responsible for disputes or queries related to these charges.
- Orders are billed at the current price at the time of receipt of payment and invoice generation. Tunifi’s products are subject to applicable taxes.
Security
Transactions on the Tunifi website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you provide during transactions is encrypted and sent through an SSL session to ensure protection against unintended disclosure to third parties.
- Tunifi follows the best security practices, similar to major online vendors, where payments are processed in real time for your security and peace of mind.
- Credit card and debit card information is not stored by Tunifi. This information is directly handled by an authorized payment gateway.
Warranty Terms
The warranty varies from product to product. For specific warranty terms, please refer to the product details or contact customer support.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and always create an unboxing video of the product as soon as it is received to help facilitate any claims.

Covered in Warranty
- Only manufacturing defects that result in the non-functional state of the products are covered.
- The product must be in good condition with no signs of rough use, wear, or tear.
- Claims may be rejected if the product shows signs of poor condition.
- Customers will need to pay ₹120 for delivery charges on the replacement order.
Not Covered in Warranty
- Physical damage or issues arising due to external factors like moisture exposure or heating are not covered.
- Damage or defects due to misuse, mishandling, or improper usage will void the warranty.
- Any product in used or poor condition at the time of claim submission will not be accepted for warranty replacement.
- Customers will need to pay ₹120 for delivery charges on the replacement, depending on the pincode.
- The item issued as a replacement for the original order will not be covered under warranty.
- Only one replacement can be issued during the warranty period.
Return & Shipping for Warranty Claims
- In some cases, no pickup will be available. The customer may need to self-return the product or pack the item according to the provided guidelines.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer if the area is not serviceable for pickup.
